Galactic Marines New Years card

I made this little explosive New Years' card render for a role-playing group I play with. Rendered with Blender, Cycles, and the characters were textured with Substance Painter.

This was also a really nice project for me to use what I have learned at work as a photographer in 3D space, regarding compositing, lighting, light manipulation, and post-processing. The paint design is not lore accurate, but they are my own interpretation of how I would imagine the 21st Nova Corps, aka the Galactic Marines, would look like with normal clone trooper armour.
